- The M11LLi has advantages on measuring edges and it
features absolute accuracy and linearity independent of the surface quality. For that reason, the M11LLi is qualified for application on all non-transparent materials. In consequence of the particular measuring method - this sensor is specialized for structured surfaces or for rough and at the same time mirror finished objects.
- The electronic system is integrated in the sensor head, the measuring data will be transfered by Ethernet connection.
- The resolution of 0.5 µm (10 Hz) / 7 μm (30 kHz) is according to the range of high accuracy.
- Quick results are rendered with a sampling rate of 30 kHz and
a response time of 0.2 ms.
- The slight light point diameter of 0.8 mm (0.031in.) enables
the recording of small components.
- Five sensor types from measuring range 10 up to 100 mm are available.
